Messages/min ?
Incoming chat velocity. Formula:
messages_total / window_minutes.—
Signal Rate ?
Share of all ingested messages that pass routing. Formula:
messages_displayed / messages_total.—
Opportunity Rate ?
Share of messages classified as engagement opportunities. Formula:
(Question + Request + Suggestion + Relevant) / total.—
Uncertain Rate ?
Quality guardrail. Lower is better. Formula:
messages_uncertain / messages_total.—
Avg Latency ?
Classifier runtime per message in milliseconds. Formula: mean of
classifier_latency_ms in selected window.—
Noise Compression ?
How much chat volume is compressed into readable signal. Formula:
messages_total / messages_displayed.—
Engagement Opportunities ?
Count of actionable messages. Formula: total of messages tagged
Question, Request, Suggestion, Relevant.—
Question Throughput ?
Per-minute flow of question messages. Formula:
question_count / window_minutes.—

Signal quality confidence score. Formula:
1 - uncertain_rate.—
Context Match ?
Share of chat aligned with active topic context. Formula:
relevant_count / total_messages.—
Before vs After: Noise ?
Compares raw incoming volume against surfaced messages. Higher means more noise removed while preserving signal.
—
Compression = total ingested / displayed.
Before vs After: Opportunity ?
Measures how much of chat is actionable for engagement right now.
—
Opportunity rate = (Question + Request + Suggestion + Relevant) / total.
Before vs After: Reliability ?
Quality confidence from uncertainty guardrails. Higher is better.
—
Reliability = 1 - uncertain rate. Higher means cleaner routing.
Tag Mix Over Time ?
Dominant tag count per time bucket. Shows how chat intent shifts over time.
Stacked into dominant-tag bars per bucket for fast trend reading.
Throughput & Uncertain Trend ?
Red bars = total throughput. Gray bars = uncertain volume. Useful for stability monitoring.
Red bars = total throughput, gray bars = uncertain share.
Question Queue ?
Latest messages tagged Question, sorted by recency, with score and fallback indicator.
Top Tags Right Now ?
Dominant tag frequency in selected window. Higher count means stronger current chat intent.
Topic Momentum ?
Topic alignment view from context service: current topic, summary, and related-message share.
Reliability Panel ?
Latency percentiles and quality rates (fallback, uncertain) for runtime health tracking.
